Our Store Pickup service allows you to purchase online, within New Zealand, and pick up your order from our Gisborne store (subject to stock availability). Simply add your order to the shopping cart, select "Pickup In Store" during Checkout and fill out the necessary details.
Once the store processes your order they will send you a confirmation message via email. The message will confirm that your order has been received, the stock availability, and a date for collection. Visiting the store prior to receiving this alert may result in your items not being ready.
If the store is unable to fulfil all of the items in your order, for any reason, you will be notified by the store to discuss alternative arrangements.
If there are any other issues throughout the process the store will be in contact to discuss your order.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If an error has been made while ordering or your circumstances change please contact the store via our online enquiry form and our friendly team will assist in modifying or cancelling your order.
To assist in your enquiry please ensure to quote your order number. Your order number can be found within the order confirmation sent to you via email after placing your order (ie. Order #1102).
